Oh, dear one. We can sense the scent of sadness and fear that is trying to hide inside your question. It’s okay.

Getting older means you are having the opportunity to create more, to play more, to recognize and savor the millions of miracles that are happening in and around you every day.

Do you see the autumn leaves and the beautiful colors that are shining through them?

They’re stunning.

You are in your autumn season and you, too, are shining so many beautiful colors into the world around you.

Can you feel it?

These are sacred days of transition into new realms of experience that are so magnificent that you wouldn’t be able to contain yourself if you could see them now.

Later.

For now, be here and allow the refreshing coolness of the changing season to wash over you and flow through you.

Open your heart to allow us to take your hand and gently guide you down this path that all of us eventually have to travel.

There is no need for sadness.

There is no need for fear.

Joy is waiting for you.

There is more time for you to enjoy creation than you can imagine.

In reality, there is no time.

There is only now.

We’re here with you and we will always be here with you.

Things are changing and will continue to change.

This is as it should be and it is a good thing.

Do not fear change.

Change and transformation are brother and sister.

They are connected and cannot be separated.

There is no separation. Even in what you think of as death—life continues.

Oh, the wonders you will see and the joy that will come flooding over you.

They are a time when you can learn how to let go and surrender fully to Love and grow in your trust and assurance that all will be well.

Be kinder to yourself and more gentle than you think you should be.

Be more kind and more loving and more forgiving to others than you think you should be.

Be a vessel of our love and our Light to the world and everyone around you.

Can you feel our arms around you?

Those vibrations and the warmth in your heart are from us.
